By default, it’s not really that easy to download images from your Google Docs document file, unlike your standard MS Word document, you can’t right-click and download the image to your computer.
But, there is an easy way to overcome this, and it’ll take just a few seconds.
Go to “File” > “Publish to the web…” option.
Click on the “Publish” option now. When you publish it to the web, it’ll be visible to anyone with the link, they can easily access the document with that. Copy that link and paste it in a new tab (browser). Now you can see the “Web” version of your file.
You can now right-click and download the images from your Google Docs document file without any issue.
When you are done with this, you can even ‘Unpublish’ or ‘Stop publishing’ this document and revert back to the usual form if you wish.
