How to add custom css and html in WooCommerce

I want to show some elements or text with custom css in users my account page.
I want to do this via WooCommerce>>Orders>>Note for customers

Note for customers support HTML but I can’t use css there…

I want that customer would see something like below in My Account >> Orders (OR) My Account >> Subscription using notes ( under order updates or subscription updates )

Have you tried Inline CSS? like
