Let’s say someone has some experience and wants to start a blog on technology or fashion or anything. In other words, someone wants to create a blog like HBB or How To Geek or something like that.
Is it a wise move to choose a forum software instead of WordPress or Blogger or any other CMS?

If you are going to create a blog then going for Wordpress is the best choice… And If you are going to create a blog why are you choosing Forum Software? Forum and blogs are two different things, similar in many ways but serve difference purposes… So go with Wordpress
A forum is probably an expanded version of WordPress comments (discussion) section bro… I hope you get the point, it’s just a platform where people can ask questions or discuss something. Whereas in a blog, we control the entire ‘content’ area, we write what we want to write and we can even disable the ‘comments’. They both have their own ‘pros’ and ‘cons’ bro.
